Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- The items must be in the original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or damaged items
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Return Process
- Self-Serve Return Request: To initiate a return, please visit our Request for Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Follow the instructions to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@purpleclay.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
